Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered.
Free Returns & Exchanges DripLab offers free returns and exchanges on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item at no cost to you.
How It Works
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order
- Let us know whether you'd like a return or an exchange and the reason
- Arrange to send the item back to us
- Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it
- If the item passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags still attached
- No damage, stains, or signs of use
- Original packaging intact where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges If you would like a different size or colour, we are happy to exchange your item subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp (+961 76 645 900) to check stock before sending your item back.
Refund Method Refunds are issued via Whish Money to you. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the item. We will resolve it as a priority at no cost to you.
